Our
art program is done by Debbie Beanez. She teaches all grades
twice a week. The art creations are displayed at the school
for each season. During open house or concerts all the children
display special works of art to fit the theme or event, such
as Christmas. Some of their work is also displayed in the
local Chamber of Commerce windows.
On
the playground there is a playhouse which consists of one
big room. Debbie and her more talented students created scenes
on the inside walls that represents the inside of a house.
It has curtains, furniture, a fireplace and rugs on the floor.
During the Christmas season, Debbie decorates the front windows
of the school in a winter scene.
